Jeremy attended Air Force Basic Training at Lackland Air
Force Base located in San Antonio Texas in June-July 1996. |

outside the 362nd Training Squadron on Sheppard Air Force Base located in Wichita
Falls Texas where all Crew Chiefs go to be trained |

In addition to training Crew Chiefs at Sheppard
AFB, they also train Fighter Pilots, Medics, Avionics Techs, Weapons Loaders,
Aircraft Propulsion Techs, and many other career fields within the Air Force. |
| Upon Graduating Sheppard AFB, Jeremy was
assigned to the 302nd Fighter Squadron "Hellions" located at
Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. There, he worked on the F-16 in the
capacity of Crew Chief. This is A/C 86-291, the squadron
jet. It is painted in honor of the Tuskegee Airman planes that our
squadron once was part of. |

As a crew chief, Jeremy works on any and all systems on
the F-16C Block 32 Airframe. Here is Jeremy running some quick
checks prior to crew show. |
| Crew Chiefs perform many different duties.
They refuel the aircraft, change engines, service fluids, perform checks,
and occasionally have to perform crash recovery just to name a few roles
they
play |

When Jeremy arrived at the 302nd FS, he was
assigned Air Craft 87-315. It is an unusual variant of the block 32 in
that it contains some additional features of the Block 42 F-16 making it one
of the more modern fighters in the 302nd arsenal. 315's nickname is
Thumper. |
| As a crew chief in the
302nd, Jeremy often crews other types of jets that fly with the Hellions
such as A-10s, F-18s, F-14s,F-15s, and even AV-8B Harriers.. |

| It is often necessary for the Squadron to deploy
for both war and practice. Here is one of the fun practice locations
in Alaska. |
